Terms and Conditions

By using our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment

Room rates and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.
Full payment is due upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a fee.
No-shows will be charged the first night’s accommodation.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.
Guests must provide valid identification and a credit card upon check-in.

Hotel Policies

Smoking is not allowed in any rooms or public areas.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the property of Imani Suites and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings, or for any injury or loss suffered during their stay.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or hotel services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
